Welcome to Williams Lake Minor Hockey!

As a new player we will need to set you up with your own personal Hockey Canada Registration number (HCR).  The information you provide will allow us to apply for a Hockey Canada Number on your behalf. Once the HCR Number is received, it will be emailed to you and you will be able to register using the registration link.

You will need to provide the following information:

• Player Name
• Birthdate
• Address
• Parent email and phone number

You will also need to attach a photo of each:

• birth certificate
• Parent Photo ID (example: DL )
• proof of residency (example: utility bill with same registration address)
