Tournament Cancellation fee:
Applicable to ALL divisions, if a team should have to cancel, Williams Lake Minor Hockey Association tournament cancellation policy is as follows:
- $100 admin penalty (non-refundable)
If within 30 days of tournament start date:
- team replacement found - remainder of the tournament fee back to the team LESS the admin fee
- no team replacement found - forfeit of the full amount (due to association not being able to give back the ice 30 days before tournament schedule due to the City's policy)
